📋 Description

• 3–6 month engagement focused on building a faster, smarter AI-enabled creative operation, with
• Work with Creative and Growth leadership to map current processes and identify time/resource
• Redeign systems around video production, reviews, versioning, analysis, and learnings to increase
• Explore AI, automation, and new tools to fundamentally improve workflows from production to reviews.
• Own day-to-day creative review process, focusing on performance video and decisive launches.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in creative operations, production, or marketing operations.
• Experience with high-volume, fast-paced creative environments and performance video across paid
• Strong AI-curiosity and hands-on experimentation with AI tools for creative workflows.
• Highly systems-oriented with ability to diagnose root causes and implement scalable solutions.
• Excellent communicator, able to balance detailed execution with strategic recommendations.
