In-Home Caregiver

📋 Description

• Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with ADLs in participants' homes (bathing, dressing
• Assist with Instrumental ADLs (laundry, light housekeeping, shopping, light meals).
• Act as medical escort to appointments and support safe transfers in/out of homes.
• Carry out home exercise programs as indicated in care plan after training.
• Provide translation services as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current BLS/First Aid certification.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Must be registered with Home Care Registry prior to start date.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire (preferred at start).
