Apartment Community Manager - Verdant Peachtree Creek

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of at least 2 direct reports
• Provide exemplary service to residents and team members
• Responsible for the property budget, increasing revenue, and goals
• Manage leasing and maintenance teams, leasing activities, revenue growth, resident satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years in sales, customer service, and asset management in property management or similar
• At least 2 years in a leadership role in property management
• 2-4 years leading a sales/customer service team
• Proven leader with mentoring/coaching abilities
• Foundational understanding of financials and budgets
• Knowledge of Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce or similar PM systems
