Job Description
📋 Description
- Own end-to-end supply chain management for Blue Bottle Hong Kong cafés
- Implement cost-effective fulfillment strategies and ensure regulatory compliance
- Coordinate 3PLs, domestic execution, and import/export activities
- Develop item-level demand forecasts and manage inventory across channels
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, and external partners
- Lead continuous improvement to reduce waste and mitigate supply risks
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Sourcing in Food & Beverage or FMCG
- Strong English, Mandarin, and Cantonese communication
- Data analysis proficiency
- Experience with supply chain digital optimization
- Familiarity with local import regulations and food quality standards (preferred)
- Passion for great coffee, food, and guest experience
