🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales, cash handling, and opening/closing
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Strong problem-solving skills for day-to-day customer service issues.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment and lead by example.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business practices.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
