📋 Description
- Shape NerdWallet's Talent Acquisition strategy with business leaders
- Lead capacity planning, funnel design, SLA targets, and ATS requirements
- Define KPIs for talent acquisition and build dashboards for alignment
- Lead and develop recruiters, sourcers, and Talent Operations partners
- Build interviewing and evaluation frameworks to reduce bias
- Partner with HR/Finance/Legal on workforce planning and decisions
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in Talent Acquisition, with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Experience with integrated Talent Acquisition and Talent Operations models
- Proven ability to redesign recruiting operating models, capacity planning, metrics, and governance
- Hands-on proficiency with Ashby or a modern ATS and data-driven decision making
- Strong communication and executive partnership skills
- Experience in a high-growth or rapidly evolving environment
