Subcontracts Manager, Public Sector

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day relationships with subcontractors supporting large Public Sector programs
• Understand Scale’s overall technical solution and ensure each subcontractor understands fit
• Translate prime contract milestones into subcontractor deliverables and timelines
• Integrate subcontractor activities into the broader IMS and identify dependencies and risks
• Hold subcontractors accountable for scope, timelines, and reporting
• Partner with Scale leads to review and approve technical quality and drive execution

🎯 Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance
• 5+ years in program management, subcontractor management, defense acquisition, or related roles
• Experience managing external organizations against defined scope, schedules, milestones
• Experience with IMS, WBS, SOW, deliverable tracking, and formal program reviews
• Strong technical acumen to understand software/systems interfaces and dependencies
• Excellent written and verbal communication with engineers, managers, executives, subcontractors
