Banking Onboarding Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end onboarding and account opening for corporate bank/EMI accounts across jurisdictions.
• Manage banking apps in high-risk industries, ensuring requirements are met.
• Collect and submit corporate docs, UBO ownership, and flowcharts for underwriting.
• Maintain relations with bank RM, compliance, EMIs, and partners.
• Track applications, follow up on outstanding items, avoid delays.
• Lead KYC, KYB, AML, periodic reviews, and ad-hoc inquiries.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in opening/managing corporate bank or EMI accounts.
• Understand complex UBOs and ownership structures.
• Knowledge of underwriting, apostilled docs, international banking.
• Strong KYC/KYB/AML, SoW/SoF assessments.
• Fluent with corporate docs: CoI, Registers, Incumbency, POA, apostilles.
• Familiar with SEPA, SWIFT, EMIs, payment institutions.
