📋 Description

• Own workflow adoption, value delivery, and renewal outcomes for a named-account book
• Partner with Solutions Consultants on account strategy and expansion planning
• Shape outcomes to strengthen customer partnerships and predictable revenue
• Define mutual success plans and guide customers through AI transformation
• Facilitate use-case consultations to uncover new workflow opportunities
• Coordinate with Services for complex implementations to ensure value delivered

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion in a B2B software
• Strong discovery, problem understanding, and workflow mapping
• Technical fluency to co-design, configure, and troubleshoot Notion workspaces
• Commercial awareness for renewal risk and expansion planning
• Ability to design workflows driving usage-based consumption and measurable outcomes
• Program and stakeholder management across a book of accounts
