🎯 Requirements

• Significant senior-level finance leadership experience at CFO/Finance Director level or equivalent.
• Proven success improving profitability, forecasting, cash management, and finance operations.
• Strong commercial understanding of pricing strategy, unit economics, and business-case development.
• Hands-on experience with AI, automation, modern finance tech, and data-driven analysis.
• Professional finance or accounting qualification strongly preferred.
• Experience building or transforming finance functions in multi-location environments.
