📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop the team of Bank GL professionals
• Lead by example by demonstrating Wolt values and behaviors, creating a positive work environment
• Build a high performance, high ownership team through clear priorities, regular coaching
• Support your team in achieving its goals
• Support your team in daily Bank accounting activities and Bank reconciliations and issue resolution
• Ensure Month end closing reconciliations and tasks are completed in timely manner and accurately

🎯 Requirements

• Previous relevant Accounting & Team Leadership experience
• Previous knowledge of accounting and understanding accounting processes
• Good analytical skills
• Knowledge in IFRS is a plus
• Degree in Finance; accounting is a plus
• Prior experience in NetSuite is a plus
