📋 Description

• Own 4–5 client projects as lead strategist
• Oversee 12–20 campaign launches per month
• Develop high-converting outbound copy and templates
• Handle high-volume outreach with 2,000–3,000 contacts per project
• Lead weekly client meetings with strategic guidance

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in performance-driven sales roles (BDR/SDR/BDM/AM)
• Build/manage outbound motions to generate meetings and pipeline
• Strategic thinking with data-driven approaches
• CRM, sales automation, outreach tools; troubleshoot campaigns
• Cold outreach, deliverability, setup, and integrations
• Experience leading senior client stakeholders
