📋 Description

• Diagnose organizational performance and operating models across people, processes, technology
• Design and redesign structures, workflows, processes, and management systems to improve
• Translate strategy into actionable transformation plans with owners, milestones, and measurable
• Lead transformation initiatives from planning through execution and adoption.
• Coordinate training, change management, and stakeholder adoption to deliver outcomes.
• Lead client discovery sessions to understand challenges and desired outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in organizational effectiveness, business transformation, or
• Track record of driving transformation from diagnosis to implementation and results.
• Holistic analysis experience across people, processes, technology, structure, and operating models.
• Strong client-facing capabilities with senior executives.
• Sales, business development, consulting, or commercial experience, including proposals and closing
• Advanced experience with AI, automation, and tech-enabled workflows to improve processes.
