Global HR Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end onboarding process of new employees, following SLAs
• Handle onboarding/offboarding, queries, and compliance across geographies
• Ensure adherence to local labor laws and SLAs

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years+ of experience in HR operations or employee lifecycle management
• Strong understanding of EU region HR processes and local labor laws
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
• Client-facing experience is a plus
