📋 Description
- Lead field teams supporting automotive dealership ops; oversee F&I Account Specialists and
- Manage onboarding, staffing, performance, coaching, and field execution with cross-functional
- Drive business development, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction across the field org.
- Collaborate with regional and national leadership to strengthen training and onboarding materials.
- Travel approximately 65% to support field activities and performance assessments.
- Maintain high service standards and operational processes across the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of retail automotive dealership operations; 4+ years in District Manager or
- At least 2 years in sales, management, and customer service; automotive industry preferred.
- 5+ years of dealership management experience strongly preferred.
- Current state licensing or ability to obtain licensing; AFIP/A.C.E. preferred or required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong analytics, communication, relationship-building, and coaching skills.
