Senior Director, IT Product Management — GTM & Customer Experience

📋 Description

• Own multi-year vision for embedding AI across GTM and CX stack.
• Lead design of agentic, autonomous workflows within Q2C and related post-sale processes.
• Architect scalable AI systems with LLMs, agent frameworks, and real-time inference in partnership
• Mentor and scale a team of AI-fluent product managers; act as player-coach in architecture and
• Balance innovation with stability, data governance, and technical debt reduction across Salesforce
• Define data contracts and master-data alignment for informed, single-source decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in enterprise technology/product leadership; 5+ years leading teams in growth SaaS.
• GTM fluency across hardware/software/SaaS with complex NPIs.
• Track record re-engineering Q2C/NPI with measurable metrics (cycle time, cost-to-serve, seller
• Ability to partner with CRO, RevOps, Finance, CS to align operating models and drive change.
• Applied AI depth; experience delivering production-grade AI/ML products and agentic architectures.
• Strong GTM system knowledge (CRM, CPQ, billing) and CX platforms familiarity.
