• Based in the Kettering store at Newlands Shopping Centre.
• Part-time 8 hours with 2-3 days of flexibility, including weekends.
• Represent the H&M Brand positively and engage customers for excellent service.
• Support commercial and operational actions with colleagues to reach store goals.
• Keep informed about fashion trends, brands and competitors to inspire customers.
• Provide and receive feedback to support personal and team development.
