MLRO & AFC Lead - Spain

📋 Description

• Support development of AML/CFT policies, processes and procedures in Spain.
• Oversee coordination of the AFC Analyst Team in Ceuta with international leadership.
• Ensure risk-based controls and policies are followed by the Ceuta team.
• Act as Deputy of the SEPBLAC representative under delegated functions.
• Support audits and closure of findings with Head of AFC - Southern Europe.
• Collaborate with the CDD operations team on EDD cases and guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an MLRO in a regulated market, preferably Spain.
• AML subject matter expertise and knowledge of best practices.
• Experience designing and implementing AML/CFT frameworks and controls.
• Experience delivering AML/CFT training programs.
• Spanish and English fluency; knowledge of SEPBLAC/regulatory authorities.
• Resident in Ceuta or willing to relocate.
