Associate Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Draft and negotiate cloud and licensing agreements, and other technology contracts
• Provide strategic legal and business advice on contract-related issues to a growing sales
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline negotiations and scale legal resources
• Develop training resources to enable the sales team to navigate contracting efficiently
• Tackle other legal projects andassist team members as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Smart, passionate and driven
• 3+ years of commercial transactions experience, preferably including technology licensing and cloud
• Proven record of success in-house and/or at a top law firm
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to understand complex contractual issues, assess risk while exercising strong business
