📋 Description

• Manage user access requests for HR applications; ensure proper provisioning/deprovisioning with
• Conduct quarterly security audits and access reviews; support data security policies and SOX
• Investigate and resolve system access/security issues in partnership with users, HR stakeholders
• Document requirements for new security roles; assist with impact assessments and testing
• Develop and maintain security audit reports and queries for stakeholders and auditors.
• Provide functional security support for HR processes (performance, compensation, conflicts of

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Technology or related field, or equivalent experience; at least
• Experience with SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors talent modules is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Understanding of HR application access management, functional security, user authorization
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting abilities; excellent written and verbal
• Stakeholder management and ability to work with diverse teams; strong judgment and accountability
