📋 Description

• Apply enterprise change methodology and lead change management activities for specific projects
• Assess, capture and manage stakeholder landscape
• Complete risk and impact assessments
• Identify, manage, and track metrics for measurement of adoption, adapt approach and tactics where
• Devise change management strategies
• Create and deliver upon communication and training plans, partnering with internal communications

🎯 Requirements

• A passion for effecting change that positively engages the people impacted, contributing to a
• 5-10 years of experience in a mid-to-large corporate enterprise environment (global preferred)
• Experience driving change in a similarly sized corporate setting
• Must have consulting level communication skills (written and verbal) and confidence to engage with
• Must have strong organizational skills
• Must have strong problem-solving capabilities, curious mindset, be flexible and able to handle
