Recruiting Intern

📋 Description

• Play detective. Hunt for candidates across LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, Slack groups, university
• Build the pipeline. Review inbound applications, keep our ATS (Lever) clean, prevent gaps.
• Talk to humans. Reach out to candidates and be the friendly first face of Jeeves.
• Make the machine run. Schedule interviews across time zones and keep processes moving.
• Own the candidate experience. Ensure every candidate leaves with a positive impression.
• Find the numbers. Track funnels and data-driven insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently studying, recently graduated, or switching careers; potential > résumé
• Based in Mexico City, Bogotá, or São Paulo; hybrid schedule from home and local office
• English plus Spanish or Portuguese (bonus, not required)
• Fluent with AI tools and using them to draft, research, summarize
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new tools quickly
• Strong writer; recruiting is 80% messaging
