GTM Recruiter, APAC

📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM teams in APAC
• Partner with senior leaders to align hiring objectives with headcount goals
• Develop scalable recruiting strategies and strategic sourcing plans
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to leadership
• Collaborate with Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal to ensure a high-quality

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced environments (in-house preferred)
• Excellent English communication; strong relationships with senior leaders
• Data-driven, able to use insights to refine processes
• Flexible and able to shift priorities as needed
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing/CRM tools (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Strong ability to build talent pipelines and stay informed on APAC talent trends
