Workers Compensation & Wellbeing Lead

📋 Description

• Lead injury management, rehabilitation and return-to-work strategy across Australia and New Zealand.
• Own end-to-end worker health lifecycle, including wellbeing initiatives and psychosocial risk
• Partner with employees, leaders, insurers and providers to deliver positive health outcomes and
• Use data and insights to influence decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain crisis management, business continuity and disaster recovery plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Tertiary WHS/EHS qualification; Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment & Training.
• Return to Work Coordinator Certificate; Qualified First Aider.
• Deep knowledge of WorkCover, rehabilitation, return to work and injury management legislation.
• Strong stakeholder management in a matrixed environment; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strategic thinking, problem solving, time management and organisational skills.
• Experience building mental health and emotional risk management programs in a corporate setting.
