- Build and maintain relationships with clients as primary contact
- Manage customer queries and service issues to ensure satisfaction
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts aligned to requirements
- Coordinate onboarding of new clients, projects, products
- Act as the link between customers and labs with progress updates
- Monitor timelines and customer expectations
🎯 Requirements
- Science graduate in Chemistry, Pharmacy or equivalent
- 3-5 years in analytical testing, QA, lab ops or client-facing pharma services
- Experience managing customer relationships in a regulated industry
- Understanding of pharma development, release testing, stability testing or microbiology services
- Experience preparing quotations, proposals or contracts desirable
