• Dialer & AI Calling Compliance
• Privacy & Data Sourcing program oversight
• Commercial & Enterprise Legal support
• Product partnership and roadmap input on regulatory constraints
• Build-from-scratch legal/compliance function in a high-growth environment
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering and external partners on regulatory review processes

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years combining law firm and in-house US practice
• Deep privacy experience with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, DSARs
• Proven ability advising product/engineering and shaping technical decisions
• Track record building a legal/compliance function from scratch
• Strong communication to translate regulatory constraints for non-lawyers
• Experience in fast-growth or startup settings; TCPA or dialer regulatory experience a plus
