📋 Description
- Collaborate with HR and IT to gather requirements and align Workday solutions with HR goals.
- Analyze internal needs and processes to architect Workday configurations and integrations.
- Design configurations, workflows, reporting, and integration strategies for HR and finance ops.
- Serve as Workday SME, staying updated on features and best practices to guide decisions.
- Coordinate with HR, finance, IT, and operations for seamless Workday implementations.
- Oversee Workday modules (Core HR, Compensation, Time Tracking, Talent, Recruiting, Reporting) and
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business or related field; master's a plus.
- 5-7 years experience as Workday Business Analyst or Solution Architect with HR/ops focus.
- Strong Workday expertise: Core HR, Compensation (including Advanced), Time Tracking, Talent
- Excellent analytical skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Hands-on Workday configuration experience: business processes, security, integration management
- Knowledge of Workday integrations (PECI, DCOD, APIs, EIBs; middleware) for data flow.
