📋 Description

• Business partnership with India teams, acting as primary People point of contact for leaders and
• Support India HR activities including compensation guidance, headcount planning, and talent
• Ensure India-specific compliance, employee relations, and operational rigor within regulatory

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years as an HRBP with experience in fast-growing tech or insurance is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of Indian labor law (PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, Karnataka Shops & Establishments
• Experience managing complex employee relations and partnering with regulated functions.
• Strong skills across organizational design, learning & development, compensation, HR tech, and
• Comfort working in a matrix/multi-country People team; empathetic, data-driven, and a strong
• Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate HR qualification preferred.
