Job Description
📋 Description
- Monitor and direct day-to-day activities of a warehouse team
- Ensure materials are received, stored, sampled, dispensed, and shipped per schedule
- Oversee weekly cycle counting and maintain accurate inventory
- Issue materials to production using FIFO principles
- Maintain GMP, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Manufacturing, and other teams to support operations
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in warehousing, materials management, or similar
- Team leadership or supervisory experience is essential
- Experience in goods-inwards and goods-outwards, inventory accuracy, and ERP/warehouse systems
- Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook; familiarity with SAP/ERP
- Understanding of SOPs, documentation, traceability, and quality/compliance
