📋 Description
- Lead on major tenders and public procurements, shaping terms and where to move
- Negotiate and close of largest customer contracts with cross-functional teams
- Carry opportunities from first look to signed contract
- Draft and negotiate SaaS, licensing, implementation, professional services, NDAs, data processing
- Advise on data protection, privacy, IP and licensing, and day-to-day commercial questions
- Translate legal risk into commercial choices with CEO/CFO/CPO input
🎯 Requirements
- Law degree with current practising certificate (UK, US, or Commonwealth jurisdiction)
- Several years in practice since qualifying
- Hands-on experience drafting/negotiating complex technology contracts, especially SaaS
- Clear communication to senior stakeholders
- Comfort moving between large negotiations and advisory topics in a single day
- Experience across more than one jurisdiction
