- Negotiate, draft and review contracts and agreements, incl. lease agreements with pro‑business
- Conduct judicial enquiries, due diligence, identify legal risks and consequences.
- Handle and settle disputes and legal matters.
- Advise on real estate, leasing and consumer law while supporting commercial objectives.
🎯 Requirements
- A legal degree.
- 3–5 years of legal experience in civil law, esp. real estate, leasing or consumer law.
- Experience coaching and supporting team members.
- Strong written and verbal communication to senior stakeholders.
- Skilled in risk assessment and articulating consequences to decision‑makers.
- Confident in decisions under ambiguity and tight timelines.
