📋 Description
- Own day-to-day HR operations and provide timely, knowledgeable support to employees and managers on
- Manage employee changes including promotions, transfers, compensation adjustments, status changes
- Develop, document, and continuously improve HR processes, procedures, and standard operating
- Own the end-to-end payroll process, reviewing wages, deductions, bonuses, commissions, PTO
- Monitor payroll taxes, liabilities, multi-state payroll requirements, reconciliations, and tax
- Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, eligibility changes, terminations, vendor
🎯 Requirements
- 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR operations capacity.
- Strong understanding of multi-state employment compliance and applicable federal, state, and local
- Deep knowledge of payroll processing, payroll taxes, deductions, liabilities, reconciliations, and
- Experience administering employee benefits, PTO and leave programs, workers\' compensation, and
- Strong HRIS experience with confidence managing employee data, workflows, permissions, records, and
- Experience supporting audits, reconciliations, compliance requirements, and other detail-sensitive
