📋 Description

• Define and execute a holistic provider performance vision, establishing standardized, scalable
• Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing operations team; set high-impact priorities and support
• Partner with Data Analytics to build a unified data vision; measure, track, and predict provider
• Oversee development of operational tools, workflows, and cross-program dashboards for day-to-day
• Serve as a core operational partner to senior leadership on strategic growth, focusing on provider

🎯 Requirements

• Core Requirement — Provider Performance Experience: 5+ years designing, scaling, or managing
• 15+ years of experience in business operations, management consulting, healthcare ops, or
• 8+ years of direct people management experience; record of scaling high-performing teams
• Domain knowledge of provider metrics: panel management, utilization rates, clinical outcome tracking
• Data & Analytics expertise: frame analytical work, synthesize data, partner with analytics
• Executive influence: experience building roadmaps and aligning leadership around outcomes

🎁 Benefits
