- Own relationships across the account with senior government leaders, program offices, analysts, and
- Build structured user-engagement programs reaching operators using Scale’s products
- Collaborate with customers to translate workflows and mission problems into AI and agentic workflow
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, product, operations, security, and government
- Plan and execute customer engagement weeks, user testing events, demonstrations, briefings, and
- Drive adoption of Scale capabilities in operational environments, incorporating user feedback into
🎯 Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- 5+ years in technical program management, software eng, systems eng, product management, or related
- Ability to build trust with senior executives and hands-on users
- Experience translating complex customer workflows into structured technical or product requirements
- Strong technical fluency to discuss AI, software systems, data, and agentic workflows with
- Excellent written and verbal communication with senior government leaders
