Job Description
📋 Description
- On-site cultivation for cannabis gardens
- Carry out day-to-day plant care: watering, pruning, harvesting, trimming
- Monitor plant production and quality per Cresco Labs standards
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and production area efficiency
- Support Cultivation Team Lead with tasks and plant health
- Ensure compliance with commonwealth regulations
🎯 Requirements
- Experience in general production in regulated environments or equivalent training
- Ability to move plants efficiently between areas
- Move soil/coco and transplant plants; keep plants organized
- Care for equipment and tools cleanliness; maintain records
- Ability to work in indoor and greenhouse climates
- Must be 21+ and legally eligible to work in the US
