Vehicle Capture Representative

📋 Description

• Oversee coordination and optimization of inventory capture across multiple locations.
• Ensure accurate vehicle data in internal systems.
• Perform vehicle inspections to provide high quality listings and reduce errors.
• Collaborate with wholesale to streamline logistics and vehicle movement.
• Work at different storage sites, dealerships, and auction sites for timely captures.
• Mentor junior staff and shuttle drivers with training and support.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• On-site work availability (100%).
• G2 Driver’s License (Ontario) and a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission.
• Willingness to work weekends and rotating shifts 8am-6pm.
