• Coordinate and schedule interviews across APAC, Japan and MENA; manage multiple time zones with
• Serve as primary candidate contact; ensure high-quality candidate experience from initial contact
• Track candidate progress in ATS; maintain data accuracy and timely updates.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination and operations
• Experience supporting multiple regions or working across time zones is highly desirable
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Comfortable with ATS and HRIS platforms (Ashby preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
