📋 Description
- Lead fulfilment of open vacancies with hiring managers.
- Collaborate with offshore RSS/RC and mentor staff.
- Drive best practice across recruitment lifecycle.
- Manage requisitions and ensure account KPIs.
- Coach candidates and provide timely feedback.
- Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs for the client.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years end-to-end recruitment experience
- Behavioral interview experience
- Knowledge of MSAs and SOWs
- ATS and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong analytics and data-driven decisions
- OFCCP compliance knowledge
