📋 Description
- Lead, coach, and develop a SaaS and AI application sourcing team.
- Own complex SaaS negotiations and agreement reviews (EULAs, SLAs, DPAs, master agreements).
- Ensure sourcing complies with FAR and government contracting requirements.
- Lead market research, benchmarking, TCO analysis, RFPs, and negotiation strategies.
- Develop category strategies for cost savings and supplier performance across SaaS.
- Manage procurement operations, dashboards, and executive updates.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; four years of relevant experience may substitute.
- 5+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably software/SaaS.
- Experience leading sourcing projects and teams; people leadership preferred.
- Hands-on with FAR-compliant environments and government contracting.
- Proven ability to negotiate software agreements, pricing, usage, audit rights, and security terms.
- Strong analytics for pricing, TCO, risk, and supplier performance; excellent communication.
