📋 Description

• Lead a team of Outcomes Architects to drive workflow adoption, value realization, renewal
• Coach and develop OAs, build inspection cadences, and manage performance with clarity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Services, Support, Product, and RevOps to ensure successful post-sales
• Represent team in leadership forums, communicate signals on outcomes and investments.
• Foster a coaching culture and uphold the OA methodology across the team.
• Lead talent onboarding, ramping, and performance management for the OA group.

🎯 Requirements

• Frontline management experience leading customer-facing GTM teams in B2B software.
• Experience coaching teams through customer discovery, workflow design, adoption, value realization
• Strong coaching orientation with ability to diagnose what needs to change and how to improve.
• Executive communication skills to synthesize patterns for leadership.
• Technical fluency and ability to understand Notion systems and advise on adoption blockers.
• Fluent in English and French.
