• Newly created role under the Head of IT and Finance collaboration
• Own third-party software spend, renewals, and vendor negotiations
• Turn spend into forecastable, auditable line items for Finance
• Improve payment controls and usage tracking across contracts
• Reduce over-spend through procurement policy and spend controls
• Cross-functional influence between IT, Finance, and business teams

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in software procurement, vendor management, or IT sourcing
• Track record negotiating enterprise software agreements
• Strong commercial acumen with contracts and pricing models
• Experience building/managing a software/vendor register
• Financial literacy: budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting
• Ability to influence cross-functionally and design procurement policy
