📋 Description

• Design and configure Epic solutions; analyze business needs and translate approved specs into
• Support Hospital and Professional Billing; optimize Resolute Hospital Billing, Claims, Electronic
• Lead requirements and solution analysis; evaluate processes and guide teams through analysis.
• Manage testing and quality; develop test plans, perform testing, track issues, ensure builds meet
• Support implementations and upgrades; develop project plans and coordinate go-live planning.
• Provide technical expertise; act as SME for assigned applications and advise on constraints and

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years in healthcare IT application development, training, and implementation.
• At least 5 years of Epic experience with proficiency in the assigned area.
• At least two active Epic certifications; additional certifications relevant to modules.
• Hospital Billing expertise with Epic Resolute, Claims, Electronic Remittance, Contracts, Hospice
• Professional Billing expertise with Resolute Billing, Charge Router; ambulatory revenue cycle
• Strong technical/analytical skills; ability to analyze issues and write detailed specifications
