Insurance Representative Personal Lines (Inside Sales)

📋 Description

• Sell personal lines insurance products from multiple carriers to prospective and existing clients
• Explain insurance coverage clearly and make appropriate recommendations based on client needs and
• Prepare, calculate, and present insurance quotes while accurately completing and processing
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of carrier guidelines, insurance products, coverage options, and
• Follow up on pending, incomplete, or outstanding policy transactions to support timely completion
• Contribute to business retention by maintaining productive client relationships and identifying

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience within the insurance industry, or an equivalent combination of
• Demonstrated experience in insurance sales, preferably within personal lines.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License is required.
• Intermediate computer proficiency, including experience with spreadsheet and word-processing
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain insurance concepts
• Consultative sales approach with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable
