• Solid multi-store retail leadership experience (District/Area/Regional).
• Proven ability to improve store performance via coaching and planning.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, motivation, and engagement.
• Data-driven with business acumen; turn KPIs into actions.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills; manage multiple locations.
• Traveling up to 80%+; fluent German and English required.
