Direct Support Professional / Caregiver

📋 Description

• Provide direct support, direction, instruction, and assistance to individuals with disabilities.
• Help individuals live independently while maintaining dignity and respect.
• Support daily living tasks and ensure safety and well-being.
• Engage residents with positive behavior supports and de-escalation when needed.
• Offer varied day-to-day experiences and hands-on guidance.
• Paid training available to build necessary skills.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Patient, kind, dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented.
• Observant, detail-oriented, good communication for documentation.
• Valid Driver’s License (may require own vehicle for some roles).
