🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Non-Technology Commercial Sales/Corporate hiring
• Strong sourcing tools experience (LinkedIn, job boards)
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tools
• Collaborate with managers/HR across levels
• Analyze metrics to improve processes
• Employer branding experience and social media use
