Payment Operation Manager

📋 Description

• Role at the intersection of payments, analytics, business development, and product ops.
• Develop payment infrastructure autonomously to influence financial metrics.
• Work with banks, payment systems, and providers; connect new partners.
• Improve payment metrics: improve approval rate, LTV, ROMI.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, legal, product and tech teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in payments or related area.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau, SQL or similar analytics tools.
• English level Upper-Intermediate or higher; comfortable with international partners.
• Analytical, result-oriented, proactive; able to own multiple tasks.
• Independent and responsible with good communication and negotiation skills.
