📋 Description

• Own enablement program for Brevo's ENT GTM
• Ramp new AEs quickly with MEDDPICC embedding
• Coach managers to a single standard
• Build scalable enablement across teams
• Define design, measurement and scaling of the function

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Sales/Revenue Enablement or GTM
• 2+ years supporting enterprise or complex B2B SaaS
• Experience building onboarding/ramp programs
• Hands-on with CRM, Gong, LMS/Notion
• Analytical KPI tracking (win rate, ramp, forecast)
• Excellent facilitation and exec communication
