📋 Description

• Lead and develop the Quality Assurance function in GMP-regulated pharma operations.
• Shape quality strategy, drive continuous improvement, and support patient safety and product
• Provide leadership across Analytical QA, Manufacturing QA, and Compliance QA.
• Ensure quality systems are inspection-ready and regulatorily aligned.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven QA/QC leadership experience in GMP-regulated pharma environments.
• Strong GMP, data integrity, and quality systems knowledge.
• Experience managing Quality Management Systems and driving compliance improvements.
• History of leading, coaching, and developing teams with manufacturing or analytical testing
