📋 Description
- Own customer relationships across the account with senior government leaders and program offices
- Build structured user-engagement programs reaching operators and analysts
- Translate operational workflows into well-defined AI and agentic workflow use cases
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, product, operations, security, and government
- Plan and execute engagement weeks, user testing events, demonstrations, and on-site activities
- Drive adoption of Scale capabilities in operational environments
🎯 Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- 5+ years in technical program management, software engineering, systems engineering, product
- Proven ability to build trust with senior executives and hands-on users
- Experience translating complex workflows into structured technical or product requirements
- Strong technical fluency to discuss AI, software systems, data, and agentic workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication with senior government leaders
